Robert M. Parker, Retired
Prior to forming Parker, Bunt & Ainsworth, P.C. in 2002, Mr. Parker served for over two decades as a federal judge, both in the Eastern District of Texas and on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Parker retired in 2016, but his partners Robert C. (Chris) Bunt and Charley Ainsworth continue the firm’s practice focusing on intellectual property (IP) litigation, commercial litigation, and vigorous representation of their clients, whatever their needs might be.
